Emmanuel Baptism Service

Emmanuel International Church is organizing another baptism service on May 19th 2012 at Stone Mountain park followed by Church picnic. There will be at least 25 people ready for water baptism. God is moving greatly among people at this time. We have seen many miracles.

We had another Baptism Service on Nov 13th 2010 and 7 Hindus took water baptism. Praise God for adding new people. We will have another baptism servicewithin a month time.

According to Kuensel, national newspaper of Bhutan,

Prem Singh Gurung from Tarithang was arrested on May 21, after villagers in Gonggaon and Simkharkha of Jigmecholing gewog complained that he was screening movies on Christianity in the two villages.

18 members of Emmanuel including 8 months old baby and strong Hindu man made a exciting trip to Amacola Falls in north GA. We took I-575 to Elijay and on the way to falls, we went to apple orchard. Many members have never seen apple tree. They were excited to see apple with fruit on it. With minimum fee, we were allowed to pick up one bag of apple. Every one enjoyed picking apple. We have four more people accepted Christ on Sunday worship. They are getting ready to take water baptism. We are also trusting God for associate pastor. Please pray that God will bring right person who has love and compassion for people.

When God does something nothing can stop, no power on earth can stop the work of God. We are harvesting souls for the kingdom of God and He is giving us souls more than we can handle. Praise the Lord. 

14 Buddhists and Hindus have taken Water Baptism on Sept 25th 2010 and four more people accepted Christ on Sept 26th.
